Devon Miller is a contract attorney. Devon’s areas of practice include estate planning, probate, real estate, business and corporate law. Devon focuses primarily on contracts and other agreements, seeking to help clients plan ahead to minimize the risk of potential future litigation.
Mr. Miller is experienced in counseling clients in many types of matters, including revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, wills, powers of attorney, purchase and sale transactions, real estate transfers, residential and commercial leases, foreclosures, trust and probate litigation, loans, asset protection, risk management, entity formation, franchising, investor relations, employee and independent contractor agreements, and general commercial litigation.
Mr. Miller is a 2007 graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the U.S. District Court of Arizona since 2008. Devon also received an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and is the proud father of five daughters.
